They recognize their people are key to their success is to invest in building their abilities and the capacity of the organization.  Our team brings more than 60 years of collective experience to serve you.  Our experience as leaders and managers ensure that we create learning experiences that are intimate, evidence based, and practical.

Faye helped our interdisciplinary teams to think outside the box and take a new approach to difficult problems faced in the long-term care setting. She skilfully facilitated the teams to move from a conceptual level through to tangible programs with measurable outcomes.

Our Associates

Our team is rounded out with an exceptional group of Associates with a depth of experience as educators and managers.

My career has focused on working with managers like you to achieve your aspirations, to grow you team, and to develop the potential in your employees. For over 30 years, I have worked to improve individual, team and organizational performance at all levels of leadership in public, private and not for profit sector organizations by implementing organizational improvement initiatives.

My  MBA and doctoral studies has greatly enhanced my skills as a business educator. Currently I teach at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and am a sessional instructor in the organizational behaviour and human resources division at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Working with other industry professionals, academics, and world class researchers to teach young business students from around the world is an amazingly rewarding experience. There is a lot we can learn from the next generation of managers and leaders.

Strong communities form the foundation of a strong, compassionate society. Over the span of my career I have been involved in many community organizations and am currently involved in a Social Enterprise venture that helps youth recovering from mental illness to achieve skills and education that will lead to their independence.

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, I settled in Vancouver after living in the UK, eastern and central Canada and considers this city one of the most beautiful in the world. When I am not working on my business, teaching, traveling, or volunteering I spend my time with my partner of 20 years, two dogs, Gimli a neurotic whippet and Chesus the crazy whippet.

My career has focused on working with large complex organizations, managing and supporting transformational change initiatives, building the capacity of leaders and managers through coaching and learning initiatives, developing teams and supporting the development of numerous strategic and operational planning processes.

My independent consulting practice is informed by 14 years of management and leadership experience in the health care sector. I am recognized for my breath of experience, ability to establish respectful, productive relationships and my balance between process and product.

I believe in building healthy communities and have been involved in a number of community initiatives supporting seniors, affordable housing and community safety. I am currently the President of the British Columbia Organizational Development Network and active in the Vancouver Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. In my free time, you will find me volunteering in the community, traveling, sailing or enjoying time with friends.
